We partner with your team well in advance of events to ensure all elements work together, creating polished, mission-forward events that leave a lasting impression on donors and attendees.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and cooperate with us to receive services. While we provide strategic guidance, operational support, and on-stage expertise, we do not guarantee specific fundraising outcomes or donation amounts, as results depend on multiple factors outside our control.

3. SMS & Email Communications

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS or email messages from LiveBigCo, LLC regarding:

- Appointment confirmations, discovery calls, and onboarding instructions

- Educational resources and planning guides related to fundraising event support

Follow-ups and strategy guidance

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

4. Carrier & Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent allowed by law:

- LiveBigCo, LLC is not responsible for delays, undelivered messages, or SMS carrier issues

- Results from fundraising events, donor engagement, or revenue cannot be guaranteed

6. Limitation of Liability
